Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days:
- The products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
- The items to be returned must not show signs of use.
Note well. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always ensure that the package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returns by mail without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via email that the return has been received. Within a few days of processing the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order only within 4 hours of shipping. After 4 hours, orders are processed and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
To cancel the order, please contact us at the address info@athlone-fashion.com after placing the order.
The items are always at the risk and peril of the sender, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wrong item or wrong size?
If you receive an incorrect item or size, we will send you the correct item for free!

Our returns are refunded within 5 working days from receipt.
