Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days:
- Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags attached.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Returned items must not show signs of use.
Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without any fault on our part.
Always ensure that the package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returns sent by mail without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via email that the return has been received. Within a few days of processing the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Order Cancellation
You can only cancel the order within 4 hours of shipping. After 4 hours, orders are processed, and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that there may be a high cost for return shipping to China ≈ €30. This is just an estimate, and actual costs may vary based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, and additional DHL fees.
Note: In the case of returned, refused, or abandoned orders, a restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
Customers wishing to return items must first send them to the central warehouse for inspection, following the return instructions provided by the company when contacted. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, such as shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, which are non-refundable. Items arriving late due to unpaid fees or held in customs cannot be refunded and will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method if necessary, after inspection at the central warehouse.
