When can I expect my order?

To keep our prices as low as possible, Athlone-Fashion has products delivered directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Therefore, delivery may take a bit longer than you are used to. Order processing takes about 1-2 business days. The average delivery times in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Spain, Poland, and France are approximately 4-6 business days.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery times. Unfortunately, an order may experience delays. If you have waited an additional 3 days beyond the original delivery time and still have not received your order, please email: info@athlone-fashion.com

Some products are missing, how is that possible?

Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure the quality of the products, ordered items may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product at a time, it is possible that the products will not be delivered at the same time.

Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1-3 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, you obviously cannot do anything about it. In this case, please immediately contact our customer service by sending an email to info@athlone-fashion.com. You will need to take photos of the damage and attach them to the email.

Do not return the item without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will handle your message as quickly as possible and will work with you to find the best solution.
