Shipping costs for any order within Italy are free for our customers. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. Additionally, there is no minimum order requirement.

Order shipment

Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

- After placing the order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process it. On weekdays, this means one business day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

- Once processed, the order is shipped and delivery takes on average 4-6 business days.

Once the order has been placed, you will be able to see when your package will arrive after a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code via email, with which you can follow your order through our tracking partner. You can see how it works on our Track & Trace page.

Returns are possible within 14 days:

• Products must be in original condition and have the original labels and tags attached.
• Lthe packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
• The items to be returned must not show signs of use.

Note well. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without any fault.

Always ensure that the package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returns by mail without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you via email that the return has been received. Within a few days of processing the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
