Shipping costs for any order is free for our customers. All our products are delivered free to your home. Additionally, there is no minimum order requirement.

Order Shipping

Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

- After placing your order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process it. On weekdays, this means one business day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a bit longer.

- Once processed, the order is shipped, and delivery takes an average of 4-6 business days.

Once your order is placed, you will be able to see when your package will arrive after a few days. You will receive your tracking code via email, which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner. You can see how it works on our Track & Trace page.

Note: Express shipping speeds up processing but does not guarantee immediate delivery, as it depends on the courier.

When your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to change or return a product? Go to this page.

Defective Product?

Unfortunately, the product may be damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time, and unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. If the product is defective the second time, we will fully refund you.

Ordering Something

The ordering process at Athlone-Fashion is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart. To do this, click the “Add to Cart” button.

It is important to check that the correct variants have been selected. If everything is in order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” box. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is correct. Once you have entered this information correctly, you can click the “Continue to Shipping” button.

On the “Shipping” page, you can double-check the details of the entered address. Please note that every shipment is completely free. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. Now you can proceed by clicking the “Proceed to Payment” box.

In the “Payment Options” section, you can choose from various payment methods. At Athlone-Fashion, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always count on a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the correct payment method, you need to click the “Complete Order” box, after which you will be redirected to the chosen payment method. The package is lost?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with refunds and returns. If the order has not been received after 60 days from shipping, it can be refunded.
